Getting started at bodycycle is easy!
Turn up 5 minutes before the class (15 minutes if its your first time).
New customers should arrive 15 minutes before the start of their class. Our reception staff will know it’s your first time - they will check you in, help set up your bike, and show you around.
We publish our timetable 14 days ahead and you can book online up to 30 minutes before a class starts. After this time you should book directly with our reception staff. Our timetable is here.
Please arrive and check in at the studio at least 5 minutes before your class time. If you know you are running late give us a call - we can then hold your bike for up to 5 minutes after the start of the class.
You should wear comfortable workout clothing. Padded cycling shorts are great – just avoid loose trousers. You can wear training shoes or cycling shoes (cycling shoes can give your legs a fuller workout and enable you to generate more powerful pedal strokes). If you want to bring your own cycling shoes, our pedals only work with SPD cleats.
To assist with keeping our bikes in pristine condition we ask that you wipe down your bike after every class using the cleaning wipes provided in the studio.
A workout towel will be waiting for you in the studio. The shower facilities also have complimentary bath towels for your use.
It is important to stay hydrated during class. We provide chilled and ambient water outside the studio for you to fill up your sports bottle, which may be purchased from reception. You can also buy chilled bottled water, sports drinks and coconut water from reception.
If you love bodycycle why not bring your friends and family! You can bring along a friend and their first class is always free!
If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel at least 30 minutes before so that your place may be available to others. This can be done through the 'my account' section of the website. After this point we will be unable to return the credit to your account. Customers on direct debit may have their booking privileges suspended if they "no show" or late cancel (i.e. less than 30 minutes before class) for two or more classes. Customers who continually "no show" or late cancel may be barred from purchasing weekly unlimited passes.
