Our instructors have been selected for their experience, high energy and ability to inspire a class. They will they help you achieve your fitness goals and make sure you are comfortably and safely set up on your bike before each class.

As an adolescent he was 55kg overweight and was lost. “When the going gets tough, the tough get going”? Randall lives that! Find a challenge, find a real challenge and watch the transformation. If you come to Randall's class you’ll realise that he's been down and busted and worked bloody hard to get better, that’s all it takes. Whilst Randall's classes are suitable for everyone, they are highly recommended for cyclists and triathletes.
Tanya has over 20 years fitness industry experience. She exudes enthusiasm for motivating and educating her classes to value the potential of what their bodies can do, to train hard to great music and have FUN!! Tanya’s experience includes Tertiary lecturing in Human biosciences and fitness industry lecturing in a range of fitness certifications/water training, and as a specialist trainer in Precision Cycle, Pilates, RIP60.
Nicoletta has a wide variety of indoor cycling teaching experience, as well as being a triathlete, Ironman and is currently training with heavy weights to compete in powerlifting. All of this after she had her two little girls!
Nicoletta is incredibly passionate about connecting with people of all ages and abilities - bringing out their strengths and challenging their idea of where they think their limits lie - which gets them coming back, which is when the changes begin! Expect to feel challenged and empowered and leave with specific goals in mind.
With over 15 years of experience in fitness and more then 10 years teaching cycle classes, we are very excited to have Matt at BodyCycle. Combining his knowledge of cycling and passion for fitness he creates classes that cater from the beginner to the cycle enthusiast. During his classes you'll listen to some of the latest music, learn about correct technique, more efficient ways of breathing, and how to correctly recover and stretch after the ride.
Alex is an elite track and road cyclist who trains you in the same methods and techniques that he has been trained in. Alex is a multiple world champion at senior and junior levels, including being a member of Australia's gold medal team pursuit team at the 2013 World Championships.
Alex has recently retired from elite cycling so he can focus on taking your cycling and fitness to the next level. Alex's focus on training with power in watts will not only challenge you, but help you out on the road.
Amanda, who has recently become new mum, has been involved in sports and athletics her whole life. She has worked with thousands of clients through her group fitness and one-on-one sessions to achieve their health and fitness goals. When you meet Amanda, her friendly enthusiasm and passion for fitness is infectious. Her goal is to ensure your cycling sessions are CHALLENGING, FOCUSED and FUN! Her passion is helping others achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. She is with you every step during the physical and mental journey. Enrica in a triathlete, food technologist and healthy chef! She started teaching indoor cycle classes in 2010 when studying university in Italy. She has run in several marathons, an ultra marathon and half ironman triathlons. her current goal is to come an Ironman, targeting Ironman Australia in Port Macquarie. Enrica is experienced teaching with power/watts, so is perfectly suited to BodyCycle's high-tech bikes.In Enrica's class you can expect great music, focused training, motivation and most of all great time!
